Quality Assurance

The IBL Quality Assurance Team consists of a technical team of IT specialists that performs a variety of activities supporting the development environment at IBL. In order to provide the highest quality products and services, each team member must adhere to processes, procedures and standards.

Quality Assurance (QA) is a process used to monitor and evaluate the adherence to processes, procedures, and standards to determine product quality. Standards are the established criteria to which the software products are compared.

Procedures are the established criteria to which the development and control processes are compared. The Quality Assurance (QA) process involves reviewing and auditing the products and activities to verify that they comply with the applicable procedures and standards, and assuring the appropriate visibility for the results of the reviews and audits.

QA activities will be an integral part of all IBL development activities. This QA plan provides activities appropriate to the following development activities:

  • Requirements Management
  • Change Control
  • Project Planning
  • Problem Tracking and Reporting
  • Configuration Management
  • Client Deliverables
